Looking to see if anyone has experience with this or something related? My bolt appears to be completely wedged in the chamber and I cannot get it out for the life of me, I'm worried it has completely fused together because of a casing failure although I'm pretty sure the round didn't detonate out-of-battery. I'm not sure on the grain of bullet or powder load or brand as I was just plinking off some miscellaneous ammo that was given to me. I'll try to describe the situation as best as I can:

-Fired 2nd last round in the mag and it sounded like the projectile definitely left the muzzle
-Bolt only came about 3/4 of the way out and there was a lot of smoke, it also sprayed me with lube when I fired
-Ejected mag, no hang ups.
-Dropped the trigger pack and no hang ups there.
-I can open the butt stock but no luck getting it out that way
-I can reach the back of the firing pin and it moves freely making me think that the casing is jammed in the chamber but off the bolt face. Maybe that's what is holding it in there?

If anyone feels like they might have any good ideas I can get you some pictures if that helps you help me!

Thanks for watching kids

Yep tried the mortar, its a little awkward with a Tavor. I've tried a few ways of putting pressure in the charging handle and nothing budges, any more pressure and I'll probably just snap it off.

It’s not pressure to mortar the charge handle, it’s kinetic energy.
Slam that guy. Braced against something solid.

Go get a piece of 3/16" brass or aluminum round bar and push whatever is stuck back out from the muzzle end...?

Obviously make sure that it isn't a live round, or that you're pointed in a safe direction/not at your face, bla bla bla etc.

I had an aftermarket trigger pack drop a small roll pin and release one of the internal springs. The result was a double fire and jam. After removing the trigger pack we had to "mortar" the Tavor quite vigorously to free up the bolt. After the first couple of tries I was not sure we would be successful, the jammed case was partially visible though which seems different from the situation you are describing.

Its worth asking what trigger this was!
