They are all in the ~$350 range too :/
So far with reviews on the Timney, they are hit and miss with how well they function. The fit and finish on them is a bit random as well. I was on the second pre-order for the timney, but dropped after the reviews started coming in.
I am currently one the list for a geissele, and last news we got was they should be here in 2~3 weeks. The geissele trigger (according to geissele) has been tested and approved by IWI.
I have put about 1000 rounds though my tavor, and have a few more crates just waiting for the new trigger to arrive, I can't wait.
If you are thinking of getting a tavor, I would say do it, such a great rifle.

Color: currently available from IWI Israel (Canadian 18.5 and 15") are only offered in Black and FDE. Currently availible from IWI US (the SAR 18 and 16.5") is Black, FDE, a very new and limmited edition factory hydro dipped Kryptec Highlander camo. They have also anounced olive drab and sniper grey.
Also remember that you can get your rifle hydrodipped the camo pattern of your choice at a place like liquid customs that did snother CGNers tavor in kryptec highlander for $275 or Cerekoted.
Triggers: there is 3 models of aftermarket triggers. Timney 4lb, Giessele Supra Sabra, Shooting Sight Tav-D.
The Timney is a 4lb has been a brutal experience thus far. I just recieved mine yesterday and had a chance to borrow TV-PressPass' for the last 2.5 weeks. It worked fine except for one unwanted double tap in about 200 rounds of comercial federal 55gr .223. Numerous others have reported burst fire, double taps, light primer strikes, etc.
The Giessele has not yet made it to market.
The Shooting Sight trigger just hit the market with good response but Canada lacks an importer.
All triggers run about $400 cad landed.

Watched the Sun news special from yesterday with Faith Goldy and it shows a sweeping shot of them in lime green, OD green, FDE, desert tan, pink and of course black (this black one had a nice accessory). I wonder why we can't order any in different colours here!? Could one of the dealers make a special order maybe?

All from the US factory. All SARs =Restricted.
The clip was about Tavors ans clearly showed different color Tavors so I'm not sure how much more ON topic it could have been. Anyways OD Green would be fantastic. Wonder why the factory in Israel can't fire a batch off for Canada?

Agreed! But those are all just color sample/prototypes. You can see they are on display in the US factory, rather then in seperate racks by the dozen.
