Agreed, We did what was asked of us. As a customer my only obligation is to pay which I did in advance and was told I would receive my purchase on Dec 15.
Obviously this didnt happen, I think a down payment instead of wanting FULL upfront payment would been a much better business practice.

Did you get an approximate timeline when you called? Or even if they are in the country??? One could speculate that since none of their accessories are here that the shipment isn't here, or it is here, and they want to hold off on releasing them so we can purchase accessories at the same time...
I can't begin appreciate all the ridiculous hard work it takes to get rifles custom built and exported from Israel into Canada, and I really would like to thank whomever has taken on this monumental task, but this whole silent treatment is completely immature and unprofessional considering we as a group stepped forward; putting all our faith and-for a few of us- an entire months wages down on a rifle that was PROMISED for December. Even negative feedback is still feedback...at least it will shut my wife up when she asks where our $3,000 isfor the billionth time.
God the guy who came up with a definitive December promise time has to be the laughing stock of their office.
