Maybe the FAQ should include a running question of when the MARS and short barrel CTAR will come in.![]()
the one in the top right of this photo, it's a coil spring. I do not own a Tavor nor am I a certified Tavor armorer. I am just reporting back what I've seen tested.

You don't need a trigger lock. If you're anal and really want to add a "disabling device" then you can use a cable lock or a visualock.
I know it's NON-restricted. but there are situations where a locking device can be mandatory, ex: when displaying it or storing it outside a safe... particularly when you have kids at home.
The Tavor is listed as a .223 Remmington on the buttstock, but the manual specifies 5.56x45. I understand many .223 Remmington rifles can handle the hotter 5.56x45, does the Tavor fall under this classification? Does it use the NATO or SAMMI spec'd chamber?
Thanks
THERE ARE A MILLION THREADS ON THIS - can it work....
they most likely listed it as the civilian cartridge because it would be easier to import as a civilian rifle with a civilian cartridge.
Check your email. The chambers are 5.56, that all IWI makes. They are just marked 223 for the civie market. The Tavor is listed as a .223 Remmington on the buttstock, but the manual specifies 5.56x45.
