I sent them an email a couple weeks ago cause I wanted to buy a FLEX swivel and they sent me this in reply:

To order from Canada send the exact amount for the product(s) you want in USD via (FRAUD ALERT) to info@gearheadworks.com as “goods.” Also, send an additional $8 USD for international shipping. Thank you!

I ordered it Aug 22 got an email saying it was shipped Aug 24 so should be here soon
 
Canada Post just lost my Elcan Specter DR....

Tracking dosent even work anymore... phucking theives... Spent the last 5 days in Richmond B.C in a loop. or Item reived, Item on route.

Last item I shipped from Israel went back and forth across the country (Quebec to BC) 4 times -- and I'm in Alberta. It took over two months for me to get it. Surprisingly it took two days to come from Israel to Canada and only two more to clear customs, the rest was just continuous travel. I phoned their (useless) customer support about a dozen times and they were (literally) helpless as the item was in transit -- which I honestly could not believe. Can't figure out why they are bankrupt??!??!? I thought my item was stolen as well, but it wound up coming in!

I feel your pain. I hope you get your Elcan!
 
I'm still saving for a elcan. So expensive though, never thought I'd spend that kinda money on optics for a rifle that is 2-3 moa lol oh well but thats what I want and that's what I'll eventually buy

Now for a shameless plug. Currently running a Millett dms 1-4x24. Pretty standard stuff, gets the job done.

Well, I never thought I would either.

Glad Canada Post decided to phuck with me, Since this is the first time in my Life I get an optic thats worth more then 400$. and that I had to work a 2nd Job to afford it...

I can't imagine the frustration. Im a type A personality and I freak out anytime I ship anything. Hopefully they get this sorted out soon or insurance comes through
 
It should've been here Tuesday. But kept getting scanned and re-scanned in Richmond B.C since last Friday. Usually Once scanned in Richmond it's delivered in Victoria the next day.

So today when the tracking # stopped working I lost my chit.
 
Well Canada Post came thru and delivered my Specter DR... The address label got damage and they had to figure out where to deliver it. This is why the tracking # got all phucked.... :p

But Im waiting on the Bravo Company Gunfighter short vertical grip, I thing the angle will work better .
