So I've read a few comments on here on how hard it us to clean a Tavor.
How do i get it open?
How do i get the bolt out?
What lube to use?
Where do I lube it?
Is it important to get to the chamber and clean it out?
How do i get the barrel off?
So I asked my good friend Rabbi Shneider from kibbutz 17 and he sent me the proper IDF operators field stripping procedure.
Of course in the field you have to make do with what you have on hand and since Israel can be a pretty barren and desolate land here is what they suggest!
PS after trying many types, I find the small whole wheat pitas work best.
