Do any of the anti gun idiots really think that banning or taking firearms away from law abiding gun owners is going to do anything about the criminals possessing firearms?

Unfortunately, yes they do. Our only hope is to become more politically active than those who would be more than happy to take guns away from responsible, law abiding citizens.
