Tavor not ejecting brass

So my sons Tavor not ejecting brass. Brass is getting turned around backwards.
Tavor has at least 7k plus though her.
It started flipping brass around backwards and bolt smashes into empty case.

We cleaned the hell out of her, but still not working.

I just replaced the extractor rubbed thingy with a AR15 Extractor upgrade kit.
Made some dummy rounds up and they cycle fine, just racking the action.
Pulled apart the ejector spring and pin, both look fine.

Anyone else have these issues or replace the extractor spring with AR spring?

You can see where a piece of plastic broke off from smashing a case into ejection port.
Broke the piece off today, after we cleaned the hell out of her last night.

Hmm, that's not good!

When did you buy it?

What sort of ammo have you been using?

Does this happen with every pull of the trigger? Or just with annoying frequency?

I've seen this happen with a left handed bolt & ejector in a right-handed gun! Spits the brass into the dust cover and grabs it again on the way back. Messy stuff.
 
Extraction and Ejection is not the same. If you have a ejection problem changing the extractor spring. It will not fix the problem.

You should change the ejector, ejector spring and the ejector spring Guide. Brownell's sale the part kit .

The deflector frame look broken maybe it interferes.

7K rounds holy.. atleast you're getting your moneys worth haha.

So it was an extremely fouled barrel/gas tube that was causing this problem??

Weird. Well atleast it's working fine now.
