Tavor Optic suggestions

I started with the crappy Mepro, then a Bushnell hollowsight, switched to a Acog, then went with an EOtech 553 and recently bought a EOtech G23 3X mag. I as well as "Dook" run a Dlask 2nd gen long rail. I love it, very, very well made.

Why are you wanting to cheap out on optics for a $3,500 firearm?

perhaps a toilet paper tube attached with electrical tape, considering the Tavors gripping accuracy

What's gripping accuracy? Mines very accurate onece you get over the trigger pull.

A $400 budget on a Tavor is like taking your super model girlfriend to McDonald's for a date.
...or you could take your $400 girlfriend to mcdonalds.

I like the Mepro... Just biding my time waiting for a reasonably priced adapter to allow me to mount a 3 or 4x magnifier...

Cheers

I ended up following Armedsask's philosophy, and bought a $600 Eotech EXPS2-0 and it was worth EVERY penny! The side buttons are perfect for when I have saved up some more pennies to buy the 3X magnifier, and the shorter overall length and CR123 battery option is very convenient - plus, it looks Pretty BA! ;)
