Tavor TAR 21 or XCR?

I know, I know, use the "search". I have done so, but would like to hear any new opinions. I am about to buy a Travor, but one read about the accuracy that is not as good as the XCR. My question will be-how much worse? I am planning on using it as a coyote shooter, and will very unlikely take shots further that 300 yds. Am planning on putting on a Burris AR536, want to shoot fast as well. Any comments?
 
You shouldn't have trouble holding 2-3MOA with the Tavor, so it'll make a fine 300 yard yote gun. The biggest thing with the Tavor is the trigger, which isn't too bad for a bullpup (it's long and heavy, but smooth, not gritty like some), but is not as good as that of a conventional rifle.
 
I own both. 2 of the XCR actually. I take the Tavor out at least 4-6x more than both XCRs put together. Sure, the trigger is a little looser than the XCR, but the Tavor is so well balanced that its a dream to shoot.

I may marry it.
 
Just get both....


Realistly I would take the tavor simply because more antis hate it then the XCR...
 
I own both too. 2 totally different gun
I shoot my XCR with 7.62x39 it has a AR like lower
and you can put a lot of AR parts on it

Tavor is a bullpop so not so much custom parts
but it's light balanced short overall even with NR barrel

Get both if you can and choose either one won't be bad choice as well
 
Get both and put decent optical on both lol

I got ACOG TA31 with RMR on top for XCR
and EOtech EXPS2 with G33 3x for Tavor

Sorry, but "both" is a cop-out. It's easier to say "get both" as opposed to having to make a choice. My choice is the Tavor, because it's more compact, more durable and overall - more reliable. The fact that you can't customize it with AR accessories isn't something that detracts from it. YMMV, as always. :D
 
That's why I said if cant get both choose either one will be ok
They are both good guns but just different

I don't understand why peolpe always ask Tavor vs XCR or Tavor vs ACR
they are different like apple and orange
It will make more sense to ask Tavor vs FS2000 and XCR vs ACR ....

Probably because they're the two cheapest, but I agree - a comparison between an XCR and ACR and FS2000 and Tavor is more appropriate. That being said, I'd still get the Tavor. :D

I was shopping around for an xcr or tavor for a long while. 2 weeks ago I picked up a tavor and I am very happy. The bullpup look scares the **** out if antis and everyone else thinks it is "cool"
