Tavor Trigger Job

I'm having trouble loading the video...but if its the one I think it is then....

2lbs off a 10.5 lb trigger is still a #### trigger. I'm surprised an aftermarket one isn't available yet.

Just new to the Americans.
Yeah, those stupid Americans. Now say, for a hypothetical example, an American was reading this thread and might want to try this on his own. Have you had any functioning trouble after trying this mod? Ya know, just for any Americans reading of course.

I suspect now that they are selling them in the US it's only a matter of time before there are better drop in triggers. That said used the Tavor in a Tactical rifle course this past weekend and the trigger worked fine, it maybe a little heavy but it is very consistent. Would love to see a Geissele trigger for it.

No functional trouble at all. I have about 500 rounds through with this mod.

Thanks, guys. I took mine off tonight and was surprised at the difference. I didn't really mind the factory trigger pull, but now it feels very much like a factory AR15 trigger. An easy, non-permanent and worthwhile improvement.

Oh yeah, my wife saw the thread with MAC's Youtube thumbnail at the top and said "Tavor Trigger Job..what, you take a hammer to it?" Suffice it to say she's not a fan of bullpups...at all! She would have preferred if I had picked up another AR15 after selling my FS2000 I think...oh well, maybe next time!

I like MAC, and like his stuff.

But this is the trigger reset spring that Canadians have been tearing out for ages! Not exactly new and revolutionary, just new to the Americans.

So true. Over on the Bullpup forums atleast there giving quite a bit of credit to us Canucks. I know your over there, I've been there for some time being the bullpup collector I've become. Jon is a great guy and I've found many the item thru him.
