I own neither lol .... but given the choice, NON restricted ACR hands down. I find the Tavor very uncomfy. And besides, its just a matter of time before it goes restricted/prohib. "Scary military issue bullpup"
I would keep neither one nor the other absolutely, the only irreplaceable, it's the sig 550.

Anyways guys, the accuracy debate. Us canadians we are absolutely obsessed with sub moa semis.
The military requirements for a rack grade AR are? ... 4 moaTruer words were never spoken.
All the guys that sit at a bench with their black rifle on a sandbag.....wrong tool for the job. These rifles were made for positional shooting. Shooting a fig 11 or IPSC torso out to 400 yards offhand (yes standing) is where its at with this class of rifle, and 2-3 moa is sufficient to do this.
Flame suit on, bring on the hate![]()

Couldn't agree more! I shoot my AR 15 and Tavor from field positions - ONLY! It just doesn't compute shooting these rifles from the bench.
Recently I was zeroing my Tavor's iron sights from prone after doing the same with the red dot the day before. Some good ol' boys shooting their scoped rifles from the bench challenged me to go for the 30" 400m gong after watching me ringing the 24" 200m gong repeatedly. I told them I only had three rounds left and they said - "Go for it! We'll spot for you - (chuckle, chuckle)."
I fired and missed, but they told me where the rd went. The next two rds were hits! I was as surprised as they were. No big deal, you say? Go for it~
What if the #### hits the fan? Then what one would you take?
T97 trumps both of these
T97 trumps both of these
T97 trumps both of these
And the ACR wont go prohib?
