Case dents and case mouth deformation is certainly not uncommon in auto loaders like these. My Swiss Arms was incredibly hard on cases as these rifles are designed to operate in the most unpleasant circumstances and situations and must extract and feed reliably.
I also have an X95 (.223 & 9mm conversion which is fantastic by the way), and like you've experienced, operates and may or may not "damage" cases. I reload and typically the case mouth is easily reformed and worst case if you feel it's too caved in for the expander ball to enter, either pop it out yourself with a pair of needle nose pliers enough to size or toss it. In my experience I've only tossed a handful because of this. I'll lose more cases due to not being able to find them after they're ejected than to case damage.
And a minor case dent won't matter on your next reload as I'm sure you're not shooting a precision rifle match out to 600m with this x95, so that minute case volume difference won't matter much.
My two cents anyway
