tax return planning

Just wondering how you can tell what your tax return will be by looking at your paystub?
Am I missing something because I dont have that line on mine

Down load Studio Tax 2015, plug in the numbers and it will give you a fair idea what your return will be. There might be a variance for the 2016 tax year but it will be small and at least you will have an idea. Can help you plan RRSP purchases as well

I've somehow managed to pay 45% of my earnings in tax so far this year. I'm suppose to be in a 27% tax bracket and I've paid heavily into rrsp's this year. I showed it to my accountant buddy and he said even if I go back to work full time for the rest of the year I should be getting $3-3500 back.
I'm currently just working modified hours right now as I'm recovering from a torn Achilles tendon

I know I paid less tax last year and got $3100 with a non income wife. This year she's still under her personal exemption and I get a home buyers credit

I'm just getting a list together of parts or seeing if there's a better factory option available. I have a lot of free time when my foot is on ice
