Taxidermy gone bad

I had to commit one of my geese that I tried to taxidermy to the burn pile
I have had some success but this was part of the learning curve

You got to start somewhere, when I started wood working I had a guy tell me you can't be afraid of making firewood or you will never get anything done.

What is wrong with it? to me... in the picture, it looked like a pretty decent job if you want my opinion? :confused:
 
Yes I love the flame effect on the bird. Looks like it is coming screaming out of the sky. Kidding! Making mistakes is how you get much better at it. I have often wondered, if you taxidermist yourself, I assume you can keep the meat from the quarry. Whenever I take something in, it has to be whole.
