If you're hunting in Saskatchewan I would highly recommend Rion White of Orion Taxidermy in Moose Jaw. He's done several mounts for me (Cape Buffalo, Civet, Impala and Muskox) and he does top notch work. I know it's not local to Edmonton but I can speak of his work.
And if you want to get a little spendier, check out Rion's full body wall pedestal mounts. Surprisingly unobtrusive in the room and look AWESOME!

Check with Brian Dobson of Artistic Taxidermy Studios, he is 7 times world champion taxidermist. He has done a pile of stuff for me and his work is well.........................world champion class !!! I'm not sure if he's taking on any more clients but he may be able to suggest someone who you can trust to do a good job.

Well, there is a thread about a Deer head from a few weeks back that is still active ...I wouldnt recommend this guy ''Wildlife Originals by Clarence Kriaski'' as he has some issues from as far back allegedly 7 years and some from 2012 as well.
