Taylors Rolling Block

I'm interested in a Taylors & Co Rolling Block rifle. It looks very similar to Pedersoli, even has a similar product number, so this leads me to ask the following obvious question. Are the Taylors & Co rifles manufactured by Pedersoli?

Taylor’s & Co are importers of certain mgrs e.g. Pedersoli, Uberti. Some of the models they tune. Prophet River usually has a nice selection of these guns.

In this case the Pedersoli is less expensive than the Taylors & Co.. I'm wondering if the premium for the Taylors is worth it.

I wouldn’t think so as only a select few models are ‘fine tuned’ by T&C. Their online catalogue lists those models.

I dont know where your Pedersoli is listed that you are using for a comparison but if it is a "Canadian import direct from Italy" it should be subject to only Can$ to Italian LIre but the Taylor offering, besides having the "Taylor customizing" added on , it also has the US dollar premium added.
