I'm just wondering if anyone knows why the TC Dimension was discontinued. I know there was a recall on that model and at least one other but when you go to TC's website, the Dimension page is empty and I can't find anything but good reviews about the platform.

Does anyone know what the deal is?

LoL - that seems to be the only con to this rifle that I've been able to find. For something that's sub-moa out of the box, seems like the look of it shouldn't be its downfall.

Sub MOA out of the box isn't special these days...just about any $400 rifle is capable of that.
The appeal with the Dimension was the switch barrel concept, but that really never caught on outside the Encore single shot. With the Dimension you would have to re-zero evertime you changed barrels. With the Encore the scope is mounted to the barrel so you are good to go.

I have a couple dimensions, and change of barrel and bolt was a nice concept. In practice the cost of custom mounts for rails to mount optics, plus parts availability etc.. was an issue. The cost of barrels and bolts was higher than it should be in Canada, the long action receiver and stock design were needed to support the various case families and made recoil awkward. Not bad rifles at all, just not everyones cup of tea, and in the end not practical enough - and as hitzy noted Ugly and MOA isn't anything special now with cheaper / more desirable options.

Didn't make money on them, that's why they're not around obviously.

Having said that, I thought the one I handled shouldered well, the bolt was slick and I probably would have bought one if I was shopping for one and had the money at the time.

The barrel switch idea sounded great, but having to site in a rifle every time you swap and still carry around the extra parts was counter productive in my opinion. The swappability of the savage and 783 barrel nut by sales is apparently a better direction

I was at one time a fan of T/C and liked a lot of their products. That was back when they produced a model for years or decades after introducing it. Hawkens, Encores, Contenders...they were designed and built well, and minor improvements and changes were introduced throughout the production runs that only made them better.

In recent years the company has had so many set-backs, new owners, etc. that they haven't got a clue anymore what they're doing. Completely new models of bolt action rifles and inline muzzleloaders seem to come in rapid succession, each one hailed as the latest and greatest, and yet each seems like the cheapest and weirdest. Just my own perception, of course...but T/C is no longer a company that I bother following anymore.
