TC Impact & 777

[shakeyjake]

Just picked up a TC Impact. Fit & feel is great, price too is quite nice. I'm fairly new to muzzle loaders so here's a couple of questions. Can I shoot loose 777 in this gun? Should I just pick up some pellets of 777 or Pyrodex?

777 leaves a huge crud ring after firing, you sure you want to use it?

Stay away from Triple 7 as the fouling ring is terrible. Use Blackhorn 209 as the fouling is non existent, yes it is more $$ but well worth it

Thanks for the info. Just bought a jug of 777 but I'll figure something out.

I ordered 3 jugs of Blackhorn 209 tonight from Cabelas, couldnt find it in stock anywhere else.
