TCR 83/87 good and bad ?

Well seen something that caught my eye . Thompson Center 83 7mm mag barrel and 22-250 double set triggers . I know there not made anymore and short production. From what I have been able to find it seems like a quality single . Can you guys shed some light on this so at least I can have a informed opinion. I need another gun like a hole in the head so talk me out of it
 
Chasseur bought one from my father a few years back. Really a great rifle though the only thing that I ever used it for was a fox many years ago. Definitely one that is in the "Shoulda kep' it" column!
 
Thanks Guys I have been talked out of it and yes the pull for me was also a factor and being a lefty and having the cheek rest on the wrong side just doesnt sit well with me . Buying a absoleat used gun always has warrning bell with me . I had a Encore before thought the Idea was kool but that didnt fit me either and sold it also. I also didnt like the idea of a manual cocking devise in the Encore. The 83/87 doesnt have that that made it a little more appealing. Bought a lefthand Remington 700 instead I feel its a better choice
