My guess Rich is a 300 yd IBS or NBRSA BR Target, like this one.
This is the old two bull NBRSA 300 yd Hunter BR style target.
10 ring is 1/2 moa (approx 1.5 " at 300 yds)
These are from my old HBR days with my Kodiak 30x47 and a 6 power scope, 10lb weight limit, 2.25" foreend stock.

For the matches at 100 and 200 we use the IBS HBR targets
and for the group was the IBS 300 Group target.
7 minutes unlimited sighters,5 on group same as the score targets.Unlimited sighters and 1 shot on each of the score target.
At our matches we count the "dot" as an 11 but haven't had to include "wipeouts" (complete dot removed) as they do in the US to break ties.
I never have measured the actual size of the dot(appears real tiny at distance
) but believe the bull to be .5 moa.
It's a fun game and I get to learn alot from some real experienced talented shooters.
