I just purchased a Falcon Menace 5.5-25 in Metric. I am understanding the ranging, but want to confirm the values for 0.1mil at different distances. It seems like two few click for teh drop of a .308 so I am assuming I am doing someithing wrong.

Does anyone have any suggestions on were to go to learn about this stuff?

1 mil subtends 1 metre at 1,000 metres. At half the range, 0.5 metre. At twice the range, 2 metres. So, 0.1 mil subtends 0.1 metres at 1,000 metres.

read a book......................

Or msg Hungry, he can steer you in the right direction. Plus you won't have to read a book, unless he tells you to.

I was going to say the same thing.... LOL :D I have tried to read the mildot book 4 times and never finished, then I have to start over each time. been reading that book for 2 years now

Values of the "Clicks" are ; 1 click = 1/10 of a Mill (1 cm) @100 Meters.
The value increases with the distance - 1 click 200 meters = 2 CM, - 1 click 1000 meters = 10 CM.
Example come up- 0 @100 meters , @ 200 meters up 1 mill (10 CM)= 5 clicks

Math is the same as with .25 MOA clicks - .25 MOA @ 100 Yards to 2.5 MOA @ 1000 Yards.
Example come up - 0 @100 Yards, @ 200 yards up 2 MOA - = 4 clicks

Give a call to Wolverine supplies, and pick up one of the "Mildot Master"s.

It's a helpful sliding gauge to calculate clicks or hold-overs. Makes it easier to learn the relationship between distance/bullet drop and mils.
