Just an update for everyone.

I think we have given enough time for everybody who wanted to switch their orders to have done so. I am going to count out how many black hats we need to fill orders from people who we have not heard from, and put the rest back up on the site for sale. If you have a tan hat and have not contacted us about switching, do so now or you could be out of luck.

Once the black hats are gone you are down to 2 options:

1) Wait for the tan
2) Refund the tan



UPDATE: 65 hats back online.

I ordered one of each. I'm willing to wait until the tans come in to ship. does this mean my black hat has been put aside until the tan ones come in?
 
I got my black hat and waiting on the tan; worth the wait.

Already making sure I wear this thing EVERY time i go to the range. I was promised a show of where it can go after all ;).


I don't know if it's just me or does it seem to be Ottawa area users that seem the most offended by the hat? Which is strange because so far most people who have noted the "F@ckin' Eh!" Have yet to notice there is a rifle on the front. Basically they just see the maple leaf and a good ol canadian line and love it so far. But that's been my experience so far.

Kind of late to the feast here, but a simple question from a simple man: are these caps going to be available without the '####'n Eh' motto on the side? Cause that is a word I may say a lot but do not wear in public.

And I see the ####'n forum doesn't like it either!
 
Still waiting on my black one, let alone when the tan shows up.
Have all the black ones been shipped for those of us that don't want to wait for them to be shipped together?

If you have contacted us with your name or order # and let us know which option you would like to go with they have shipped. If not, orders that have both colors on them are here and the black hats have been counted out and set aside. The remaining black hats are back up online for sale.

I think somebody already asked and it was a no-go.

I'm going to attempt to take the sewing tool to remove it. Not sure if it has a name but basically goes through the threads and cuts them. Going to remove all the added text on both sides. I'll let you know how it works out. First need to find the tool...

A razor of some kind would also work. Craft knife or whatever they call it.

I am with Emmer, here ...

It has been (3) weeks since requesting the black go out first, and wait for the tan whenever the run is completed.
Order #6989, and just a little concerned that spoken-for hats are up for resale?
 
You are correct. They have given us a late June delivery date.

We have some orders here with tan and black hats and people have chosen to ship the entire order at once, once tan arrives.

Some orders have black hats shipped and we will ship their tan hats separately when they arrive.

There will be no additional shipping charged on orders who would like separate shipping for tan hats.

Anyone who has a black hat on their order, but is choosing to wait - they are all set aside and will not be sold.

Anyone who is waiting on tan, will get their tan. Once all the back orders are filled, the remaining tan will go on the website for sale.

I ran into this situation a few months ago. A quick call to OST and they updated my shipping address.
On a side note, please hurry up. I'm balding at a faster rate than 6 months ago :D
