Team Canada Hat Pre Order link

So i am keeping my order of 2 tan hats and 2 black hats. Can I have the black hats ship now? And the tan hats when they are available in June. Still doesnt make sense how it got pushed back to 5 months! Thats nuts...

I can't confirm for sure as I haven't talked to Darren, but from what I have gathered; the issue was that the studio put the hats under 2 PO's, black and tan. And although they gave us one invoice, the factory was supposed to get 2 PO's. Somewhere along the communication line from the studio to the factory, or internally at the factory, only one PO was processed and the other was lost/not processed/disappeared... who knows what happened...

The June delivery date is because now we basically have to start the order process all over. The same 4 month process that we started in November when we ordered the hats now has to be gone through again. As Darren mentioned earlier, any screw up has never happened before between OneShot and the studio, hopefully they will do their best to expedite the manufacturing process and we will see the tan hats in a relatively timely manner.
 
These guys are the real deal. Always fast to communicate and happy to help. Ordered a second black hat, had them ship both hats on one order and will wait for the tan ones to come in. The old one is still going strong anyway ;) Just getting that multi-year grime/comfort level achieved. Emailed asking for the black ones to be shipped. Replied inside 2 minutes. A model in customer service! Keep it up guys
 
Would you like me to send an email to indicate I want my black shipped now and tan when available, or will orders with both a black and tan ordered start being shipped anyway?
 
Orders that have black and tan hats will start to ship immediately.


If you have an order with both hats, or just tan hats you have 3 options.


1) Send an email to info@oneshottactical.com to change your tan hat to a black hat

2) Have you order ship as is, and wait for the tan hats to arrive

3) Have us issue a refund for the tan hats


If your order has already shipped you have options 2 or 3....


The black hats may not last long so if you would like to switch out a tan do it as soon as possible.
 
Any orders that were just black hats, or black hats with other items were shipped last Friday. I did not have an answer on Tan hats then, and haven't heard any news as of yet. If they are going to be delayed further we can start shipping out partial orders with both colors.

If you ordered just a tan hat and would like to switch it to black and have it shipped out as soon as possible that can be done as well. Just send an email to info@oneshottactical.com or let me know in this thread with an order number and what you would like changed and I will start shipping.

That's me but I did not receive an email regarding tracking etc. Ordered Jan. 20th, order #7251.
 
June is a long wait but I'm patient! It will be just in time for those sunny summer days out at the range.

Some stickers thrown in to the Tan hat orders would always be a nice bonus for our patience ;)
 
I ordered 2 black and 2 tan.
Just change my tan to black and ship em off asap pls.

And put me down for two tans when they arrive.

If you'd like to throw in a couple stickers this time for the muck up I won't complain. :)

Rather than your liberal solution of limiting what I can and can't do, based on your preference. How about the following: Don't like them, don't participate. Don't try to tell me how and when to spend my money. Pre-orders help a lot of retailers offload the overhead and gauge interest on products without having to float all the risk. There is value in this, just do not delude yourself into thinking its not gambling. As far as the odds on here, I've been pretty god damn fortunate to get in on some excellent pre-orders, without being burned yet.
