Hats are expected at the end of the month.
We have started to process orders (and still processing) because the majority of people didn't order just hats, but put multiple items on the order. We've had about $30,000 in product sitting on hold in the back to fill these orders.
A number of cards usually decline (which happened this time as well) which means we have to go back and get payment, or put the items back on the shelf (as some people cancel).
If we ##### too much, next time something awesome like this comes up, they won't bother going thru all the hassle just to please us in the panties.
Remember this whole order was made for those of us who begged in other threads,
Not just to make money.

Well said and I agree. However, IMO they should not be charging credit cards until they have the product in hand and shipping out a day or two after. Charging a credit card and then not even having it in the mail three weeks later seems unreasonable to me.
The slogan on the side doesn't add much.

It took us 5 days to process the payments for orders and we are still following up on a number of them.
Also due to a number of orders having a large amount of other products on the order, we had about $30,000 in product sitting on the back shelf that we could have been selling to other clients instead of ordering new product in for them.
