Team Canada hats............

Got mine yesterday, currently rocking my Regular guy rocker on the back. It is soo... clean. I can't remember my other one being so clean.

Oh ya I immediately rocked it at the local swimming pool.(watching my kid swim) got 3 compliments on my team Canada hockey hat. I told them the story behind the hat and the 3 guys were even more impressed and were asking where to get them. 1 guy went on the site right there on his phone.

AWESOME hats and once again GREAT service from Darren and all the staff at OST!!!!
 
I fear my two hats have been lost by Canada Post :(

They are overdue for delivery now and last scan still shows Mississauga on the 20th.

I still have my fingers crossed.
 
Wife barely missed the delivery guy today, only to watch him drive out of the driveway and go. Now this last hour at work is taking forever, 10 minutes and I can run to the post office. (mechanic with no work for an hour if you're wondering why I'm on CGN :) )

My tracking info still shows leaving Mississauga as the last activity as well, but I'm not too worried. I am used to Canada Post taking their sweet time delivering fun things

still have't gotten mine..... were we supposed to get an email with a tracking code after they shipped? Don't remember getting one.

Holy Crap !!!!! Mine finally showed up after 2 weeks in the trusty Canada Post system.

Wicked awesome hat.

Mine too, I am super excited about my new hat!!

I actually received a wrong item along with my hat, and when I contacted them by email I was told to keep the wrong items and my correct items have already been shipped! Now that is some great customer service!

I got a personal call from Jenn today to straighten out my orders and back orders, it always pays to pick up the phone from time to time rather than exchanging yet another e-mail. Great customer service and a very pleasant call.
