The World English Sporting Clays Championship is to be held in New Zealand in February. Their website is wesc2011.com

The Canadian Representative team members are listed below. It is an open shoot, and all are welcome. Donn Holmes, a Calgary shooter, will be acting as a "chef de mission" of sorts as he knows the club mgmt and the area well. If you want to do more than shoot, he knows most of the trout streams in the area.

The hospitality in NZ rivals that of Western Canadians. The beer is good and the seafood is as fresh as.

We have a couple of CGN'rs down there. I am sure that they would show you the Tui girls and the Mangatainoka river. All worth the trip. If you like the silly sticks there are even a couple of golf courses.
