Howdy all.just mounted some tech 200 sights on my rifle so it can become my cheap trainer. The sights are very similar to my clone m14.Any one else use these babies.I found that the stock ruger sights were not for me.Rear sight adjusted all the way down was not conducive for a good sight picture.
I used blue loc tite on them so they should stay put. So my question is has anyone else here used them and have any tips .

Saw an ad for them and I thought they looked good, can I ask Where you found the sights? Please fill us in on how well they are.

Thank you,

J

I have had a set on My 10/22 for a couple of years now, they work great! They give you the same sight picture as an AR or an M-14. The front sight simply replaces the factory front and is adjustable for elevation...I highly recommend these sights!!!

I'm think about putting a set on my 10/22 as well. I've only heard good things, and I'll probably get a set for my SKS that's coming in march.

I just ordered the 100 ones, the difference between the 100 and 200 models is that the 200 model is adjustable for elevation at the rear sight, while the 100 is only adjustable for elevation at the front sight. I can't wait for them to arrive.

I couldn't find a single photo of complete rifle with these sights on. I don't really care for the bull barrel adapter and I'm curious if the front sight looks front heavy on the Ruger's factory pencil barrel.

If you got to the techsight website and click on ruger testimonials you get a few pictures, not great but they give you the idea. Very M1 carbine-ish in my opinion.
