I think cyclone's setup has the fakepoint attached to the tapco stock rail. It's a convenient setup, but the fakepoint zero may change because it's attached to the stock, not the receiver or barrel of the gun.
I think tech sights are really neat, but I'd prefer them to produce a set consisting of the front sight, a rear picatinny rail, and a rear sight designed to be mounted to the picatinny rail. This way we could have both the sights and a convenient option for a reddot.
As of now you could think about sawing a 10/22 base in half and mounting it only to the two front receiver screw-holes, but it's not particularly ideal.
