Tech sights for SKS!

How far you want to shoot ???
Personally i will tell you...
If you shoot at 50y or less : you can choose anything on the market
For over 50y : -don't go with fiberoptic... IMO the tip is too big.
- hical.ca just received the TechSight front post ( small tip and its made from steel ) but i did not tried it... yet !
- Maybe the Tapco front post set ( differents colors ) + you can make sharp tip with a sandpaper + they are the cheapest on the market i think...
- Anything smaller than the original

shooting between 50-100 yrds, not so accurate after that. I'll pick up one of those thinner front posts from hical then!

Got a T200 rear and Williams Firesight front. Magic! 4"-5" groups at 100m (benched) out of my Type 56 that I bought for 139$ in 1998. It used to do 8" with original sights.
These are AR style front post...

For anyone using the Tech sights, does the original rear sight get in the way? just keep it on the lowest setting?
