Maybe stopped shipping to individuals. But there is a strong possibility that they would ship to a dealer that is willing to import them to Canada and resell. I think it would be a matter as to how many interested buyers there are to have a dealer get some for all those who want them. The last thing I myself would want, is to buy a dozen+ and not be able to sell them.

But a TS200 would be nice on my SKS :p :D

I just emailed them and had a very prompt reply asking about being the Canadian dealer,

" Thanks for the interest in Tech-SIGHTS. We have decided not to sell
outside the US. The regulations on gun sights is rather gray so we are not
shipping outside the US."
