I mentioned in this thread that I wanted to get a couple of Marlin XT rifles and then put Tech Sights on them. Of course I only assumed that one could buy sights for those models here, without knowing the real situation. However, I emailed High Caliber Services Corp, and Dave replied saying that now you can get the MXT200 sights from them for $98 per set, with a 2-3 week wait. That is all I know; just thought I would pass that info along.

I am a bit of a peep sight freak... I make my decisions about a rifle partly on whether or not I can get some good peep sights on it. I just wish the tech sights were more like the Springfield Armory M1 Garand / M14 sights. Those ones absolutely rock.

Me too! I dished out the extra coin to get a Savage FVT that came equipped with front and rear peep sights. It cost quite a bit more than the base model FV, but i love that i can go back and forth between peeps and a scope VERY easily.

Thanks for posting, we are distributing all the Tech accessories, the more popular items in stock, the rest are special order. PM for details.

The costs associated with being a Canadian Distributor are High, there is shipping, import fees, time to import, Business licences, IIC licences, DSP 83 licences, Fuel costs, building lease, money tied up in stock so we can ship right away & hopefully a bit of profit so we dont run our business at a loss. That said, we are trying to have a webstore of the most popular items at one place, in stock, with excellent service. I hope this explains the difference....

And when there is good service, I am willing to pay a little more.
