It's finally warm enough so I spent the morning Teflon coating 3 of my Wingmasters. The mail lady also dropped off my Dlask 8 1/2" barrel. I will be modifying one of my Wingmasters to suit sometime this summer

I don't remember what brand the Teflon is(I've had it for about 4 yrs and was about $250 for 4 litres). 1 litre has done easily a dozen guns. I use an automotive touch up sprayer and bake for an hour in the oven (I'm single, don't attempt if married). It seems very durable as I have done a few guns in the past with no wear showing even on the slide. The Dlask barrel was $300 (I think all his barrels are the same price). I have a spare wingmaster that I will have modified to suit since I really like my norc, but the quality just isn't there. (and I have future plans for the short wingmaster)

The bad ones I parked first. The ones with 90% blue, I just painted over, and I am not sure how durable that will be, but the one with the 14" barrel and wood stock I did about 4 yrs ago and it is still immaculate. Now I just shoot at the range so it isn't exactly a truck gun. The nice thing about doing it yourself is that if it doesn't work out you just do it again and try and learn from your screw ups. Same thing, I taught myself how to park and had a few disasters (I actually hate parking that's why I painted the blued guns) but if you screw up you it again

I have also found there is a learning curve to parkerizing for sure! I have a system worked out for me that works well but it took some trial and error.
