Me and my buddies all run chargemasters and don't regret it a bit.

You can hack and modify the programming (CAREFULLY!!), and do the "straw" modification, or get the metal bushing from ebay for 10$ to limit/stop the overthrows.

I have almost RCBS for everthing else anyway, so I may as well get the chargemaster and mod it

are there a smaller and larger model? simpler one? Like I said, I only do lower volume rifle stuff, for now.

my lyman stays plugged in and powered on, been like that since I bought it, but I load twice a week in the slow season and every 2 days in the busy season, never had any issues

As far as I know there's only one model.

If you look on ebay you can get the metal insert for the tube, and a nice dust cover....
