tell me about the mossberg 464

Well like the title says, I'm interested in this rifle, I'd like a new stainless lever, preferably with a feel like the win 94, I thought my only option was marlin but then I found this. So how good is this gun?

Ive handled one and then bought a Marlin!

I bought one new. It took a while for the action to break in but I like it. My only complaint is the wood is a bit cheap.

Has anyone held both models side by side? The pistol grip model is supposed to have walnut versus the birch of the straight grip and has checkering as well.
