bought a used one cuz' I couldnt aford a Benilli M4. found that it worked, but was not a benili M4.......traded it in, for a M4 lol
there decent, good fit and finish. Found the controls awkward. I had an older one where you pushed back on the shell lifter to lock the bolt.. Tried to get a hold of the Canadian dealer to get parts, never heard back... product support is also important.
