Can be loaded with any .308 projectile, sub-sonic being the most relevant to your question. Same bolt and mags as 5.56 ar15
. Less gas pressure and less dependence on barrel length for optimal performance (short barrels are less degraded ballistic performance and 16” being optimal vs 20”+ for 5.56)

Short barrels with better ballistics lend well to a heavy can on the end of said barrel
Massive amounts of ammo recipes, many cheaply made and less caring about powder choice. Many recipes only use 9 grains of powder and still achieve maximum intended performance (based on grain weight etc)
 
Since absolutely has thrown in their 2 cents with absolutely nothing to do with what was originally posted throw me in for one with a restricted barrel length chambered in 338 lapua. Laugh2

i thought you guys already got a quote from B&T?
posted picture shows an 11inch barrel model, i thought B&T doesnt make them anymore, they only make them with 8inch barrels

I’m still purchasing restricted rifles, just not the 10.3” barrel when it loses so much velocity and I can’t even put a suppressor on it.

I’d definitely be down for a 300 or the 12.5” .223 someone else suggested. Makes far more sense than a non-suppressed 10.3” imo.

a NR 300blk on the other hand wont make much sense
at NR length 223 still rules

it seems that APC300 are in quite a demand, i dont know if wolverine is doing a min amount to get this batch order started
 
Okay, here is what we have.

Retail $4030 as of Nov 2021.

Wait time will be a couple months from order date in most cases unless you get lucky and catch one just before they arrive.
