Temporary Sight Advice

Here is the situation. My friend recently ordered a Ruger SR-22 rifle and an Aimpoint sight. The rifle has arrived and has a picatinny rail, but does not come with any sights. The Aimpoint is back-ordered, so he currently doesn't have any way to aim the rifle.

We of course want to try out the rifle and have a duel, on a dueling tree as I also have a Ruger SR-22 with an Eotech. Unfortunately, neither of us have any extra sights around that we can use. Any suggestions on what we can use temporarily, so he has a fighting chance in this duel?

If the funds are available you can probly go get a cheap airsoft red dot from walmart or canadian tire for like 30 bucks.

I recall a thread a while back where someone crafted a set of hi vis peep sights out of old .38 brass and the red stick from a packet of cheeze and crackers.

He's going to pick up a cheat red dot sight from Canadian Tire. Thanks for the suggestions.
