Tenda Customer Service Experience

I guess... I haven’t had that experience personally, but they do seem to get a lot of out of the blue “they’re great” reviews. I guess it’s oretty much a mixed bag, maybe employee turnover or whatever.

Try bad review for other sponsors here. Your feedback will get deleted, your comments will get deleted. I didn't see any negative review being deleted here. I have had worse experience with other businesses but I can't write anything on their page because all negative comments get deleted

This has happened to me as well. Most of the sponsorship on here will delete comments and post with anything negative on them.
I generally only buy from Tenda because they have been nothing but great to me and their prices cant be beat.

Excellent. Had a self inflicted malfunction during order. One call to the store it was straitened out in 2 minutes. My third purchase and my experience has been excellent. Had my firearm in 3 days. Thank you

Fair enough, and I’m not in a position to disagree with you. I’m saying that these “tends is great” ads are annoying and unique to them. That others are deleting honest criticisms obviously isn’t good and that frustrates some members which is fair.

I ordered from Tendra first time.Asked for fancy wood on Norinco product. They sent a beautiful gun with very nice stock and forearm wood.Great to communicate and deal with.Saskwin.

They've always been great to me, very positive experiences always. Any issues or inquiries are dealt with quickly and they are very understanding

I’ve spent a lot of money at tenda. A rifle I purchased went on sale literally the next day. They answered my email promptly, and refused to refund the difference. Even store credit would have been nice.

They were just selling prohibited denix replicas this last week, I wonder if they are going to let customers know they sold them something illegal. I posted about it and they closed the thread not even answering my question or admiting fault. However they removed the said items from their website which means I was right...

Good job Karen! Keeping us all safe!

Thats being a Karen right... I am doing you a solid if you end up buying something not knowing it is prohibited what do you think is going to happen to your gun collection when an officer stops you or sees that you have in your possession something that is not legal in the country?

Good job Karen! Keeping us all safe!

Thank you for making us and Tenda aware of the law. I don't even want to know how they got into the country.

I lifted this from a Canadian retailer's website:

"Unfortunately as we live in Canada, anything made by Denix that’s NEWER than 1898 are deemed “modern weapons” by the Canadian government and are restricted from being able to be imported across Canadian customs.

These include regularly requested items like the C-96 Mauser, MK rifles, Thompson machine guns, M1 Grand rifles, German Luger pistols and anything from WWI, WWII and newer models like the Python revolver featured in The Walking Dead.

Sorry folks – just something we need to deal with, even with non-firing replicas."

I bought couple of weeks ago a meprolight front sight for my mossberg 500, experience was great, fast shipping and product was as described in their website, overal 100% satisfied with my purchase and I will buy from them again! Thank you very much guys!

Thumbs up for Tenda. Never had issues and in fact wanted to give Brian a quick shout out for processing a restricted return for me after I found out a negative change in my work situation and needed to preserve funds. No questions asked, excellent follow up throughout the process despite some UPS shipment hiccups - and never even had to pick up the phone.

All positives in my book and I will definitely be doing business there again without hesitation!

Yeah... these “I love tenda” random posts don’t seem to happen organically. Personally, I have an easier time communicating with other shops, but to each their own.

What “reason” though ? Personally, I’ve ordered discounted items on sale, never heard back, then called to be told that they’ll honour it only to call back and be refused. Everybody has different experiences.
