Tenda customer service

I ordered ammo from the tenda website during their sale. My order was made on September 14th. I received a receipt by email the same day but I did not receive any shipping confirmation or tracking number. I wrote to tenda 3 times to find out if this is normal but I have never received an answer. Is there someone who answer to the customer at TENDA ??

C'est normal ! Ils sont très occupé avec la derniere vente en plus de la fin de semaine où il ne ship rien... ! Tu devrais recevoir un email pour confirmé l'envoi à la fin de cette semaine au minimum... C'est normal

Quelques vendeurs peuvent prendre jusqu'à 3 semaine pour envoyer des commandes quand ils sont super occupé (ça m'est arriver avec Canadaammo... c'est normal !)

Thats normal, they are very busy with this sale.... + the weekend..... You will normally receive a shipping confirmation at the end of this week...

Some reteiller take more time than that... I saw 3 weeks with canadaammo when they are very busy !
 
Sorry, but you expect it to be shipped the same day or next during a massive sale? Have some patience! Have you ever bought anything online before?

just a side note : many online retailers offer same day shipping :)

so hold your horses a bit saying "have you bought anything online"

some fireams stores send you a tracking label number same day too.
 
I rarely get that lucky unfortunately! Sometimes I'll get the shipping label same day but it will be 2-5 days before it actually ships, and during big sales it always seems to take extra time.

I ordered during their last huge sale and it took them a few days to process the order and ship it out but I got an email and the stuff arrived soon enough. I've ordered ammo from them several times now and it has not been a problem. The sales usually mean more workload and slower packing probably. Don't worry about your stuff coming.
 
With the prices they've been putting out on their recent sales I'd figure some minor delays are par for the course. I've had nothing but good experiences with them. If I need quick turnaround I would buy locally... But for these prices I order and sit tight. :) Don't worry your stuff will come through!

Sorry for the delay and answering this, we just recently upgraded to a new online server, so the tracking number didn't send out automatically yesterday. Please give us your order number via email: Sales@gotenda.com and we will reply with the tracking info.
 
Low prices = slower service (not bad service IMO) but compromises have to be made at the low prices and sales they have. Just relax you will get your stuff.
 
If you've ever been to their great little spot, you'd think you were in Santa's workshop. I've been a customer for a couple years now, and I can't think of a time where I haven't had to wait in the cue. It's just that busy. Even in year 1 they were slammed, and now with a full roster of staff, they're all working like mad men - and woman - especially in back of house.

Good things come to those who wait. As mentioned above, they maintain some of the best margins out there. Just remember that they're still humans...who need food, fresh air, and a little bit of a breather.
 
Tenda is my go to place to buy ammo.

Rarely does it take more than 5mins from the moment I order the ammo and getting it in my hands. Always great Customer Service but then again I'm lucky to live within a small Starbucks' cup of coffee away.....

Good but i wrote you tree times since september 14 with the order number....and received no answer. When did You upgrate the server ??? recently is when ???
 
ok for comments....we are not going to make a long history with a short story .... I understand that we can have a work overload for a big sale but in 2017 there are computer solutions that simplify the work.... On this last comment let's say I will be patient but I will remember. For the one who was questioning say I bought several weapons and thousands of ammos online and this is the first time I have to wait for a shipping confirmation and a tracking number that have always been transmitted the same day or the next day. I probably was lucky or I bought the right places ...so it's ok ( sorry for my bad english....)
