tenderloins for supper tonight!!

they changed my shifts at work so i was down to sat and sun to get my buck. i had passed up lots of nice ones hoping for a heavy massed deer. the the boss told me about the shift change on friday. damn. well this was the best i could do.... mmmmmmmmmm tenderloins for supper!!!

There are big ones here in NB, but you can never find em, the deer herd here is really mismanaged, you see 50 doe to one buck, and he might be a 6 point or smaller, I saw some nice ones this fall while working nights at he base, out on patrol on a midnight shift in the training area, but there always in places that are closed to hunting, my buddy got a nice 10 point the 2nd last day, it dressed at 185 lbs skinned
