Hey guys,

does anyone have any experience with Tenebraex lens covers? I was looking for better quality flip covers and I'm a bit lost. Tenebraex seemed to be good enough, but I can't find a lot of info on them?

Anyone had/saw them, are they any good? Where to buy?

Thanks.

I bought a set of the aluminum leupold covers for my new vx-3, they are very nice but expensive. they may fit on any scope that is threaded the same way as a leupold??

They're nice but pricey. I don't feel they are worth what is being charged for them but there isn't much for alternatives if you don't want Butler Creeks. Aadland makes some as well but they're also spendy.

On a positive note they are better quality and far more durable than Butler Creeks.

Pretty much sums it up. I would like to see the Aadlands first hand but the guys down south seem to approve so it might be worth a gamble.

Tenebraex are now made here in Canada. I don't know if some board sponsors sell them but a quick google will tell you who to contact.

I have the Tenebraex on all my NF scopes as the eyepiece is able to rotate with these. Very nice but obviously much more spendy than Butler Creek. I was able to order online from eurooptic (great service) as I couldn't find anyone here who stocked them..
