Yup you nailed it walksalot... the MNR in Ontario now has its hands tied by the the Provincial Lieberals and OFAH is content just playing nicey nice with these idiots. Ironically it was the Mike Harris conservatives who allowed the cancellation of the spring bear hunt... paybacks for campaign contributions were the reason for this debacle.
