He doesn't do the tests on site, once you take his course so essentially you can go to any examiner after and state you want to challenge the test...As long as you're 18+ you can home study and no problem, so you might want to fix that.
I'm not fixing anything. It's not broken.
I know he does not do the test. If you read my posts on this subject, you will find that I went through Terranova and are sharing a personal experience here. If you still think that things happened differently in my life then what I account for, then that sounds like a personal problem that I just can't help you with.
What I am trying to do is give a simple "heads-up" for those that understand the situation after being presented with these facts.
1.At least one
Tester for Terranova have been investigated in the past and "students" have had to retake the tests. I am one of them.
2. The proprietor of Terranova is now up on charges.
After being presented with these two
facts; what do you think the chances of further scrutiny of the testers for Terranova by the CFO are? Yes, this is speculation but with odds even someone who doesn't gamble would like.
All they (CFO) have to do is start an investigation and everyone tested by that person gets screwed. That's what happened to me. The tester was being investigated ergo my license was suspended ("under review") until either I took the tests again or waited for a favorable outcome of the investigation. The CFO has that power and will use it.
This is just a suggestion to brush up on the test material and not to be supprised if you get a notice that your license is under review. They will give you a voucher that is good for a challenge of either PAL, RPAL or both tests. You will not have any time in a class unless you pay for it out of your pocket.
If you are not up on all of the types of firearms actions and the key written test material; it may not work out so well. If you are, then if they pull your license you will still be inconvenienced for at least a month or more while they #### around with finding a new tester and scrutinizing your results.
