I've had some issues with their products in the past, and they are quick and accomodating in putting things right. My latest problem was with a Legend scope that I'd lent to a buddy until he obtained the proper scope rings for hsi glass/rifle combination. He decides to loosen off the tiny screws that retain the chapter rings on the turrets so he could re-set them to zero. WHY????? The scope was only a temporary measure to see how it was shooting and it was a loaner! When he tightened the small screws, he cracked the plastic finger grips on both turrets. I contacted Bushnell about the broken parts and they sent me the replacement parts AND the little screws, which I didn't need. No charge, no grief, no hassle! What a nice company and staff to deal with.
