Well, thanks to P. Martin I got my first handguns. Some people on this forum called me troll :confused: when I asked some questions about handguns, but most of you guys are great.

Here they are:

Springfield 1911A1, .45ACP
Smith&Wesson 686, .357Mag

I picked them today, now I gotta wait for my ATT and...:cool:

Questions are one thing, but the format that the questions come in or the way they are worded often makes folks think you are a troll. I don't know of any of your posts personally, don't think I was calling you one...but anyhow, welcome and congrats..
 
Nice guns (for a troll).:D Just joking. I hope you enjoy them. Too bad PM didn't pay for them too.
 
how do you like the 686? I'm really thinking about geting that one for my first hand gun (when my PAL gets approved... sent it in on the 9th).
 
Here is more pics of my new handguns.
Sights are simple but adjustable.
1911A1 would be use for some IPSC shooting (I hope). Placed and order for 5 10 rounds McCorrmack mags.

Someday I'm going to get a 1911. I had a 686 and should never have sold it, but I needed the cash for another gun. You will really like it.
 
I forgot to ad, trigger breaks at 5lbs on both handguns in Single Action mode, in DAO for revolver is around 10lbs, kinda heavy :eek:
