long story short to all CGN'RS:

I over torqued my scope fasteners and after a day of shooting I noticed the caps of my torx fasteners sheared off. Locating this size of fasteners is a real ##### so I contacted ATRS and the replacement fasteners were sent to me at no charge, and expedited immediately. I emailed (tuesday) and received the replacements today(friday).

That type of customer service is priceless and my return customer support of your business will be rewarded.

I can now shoot this weekend!!!

Yeah, he is like that. Did something similar for me a while back. Everyone else wanted to charge special order, 2 week wait, etc for this obscure little part that broke on my gun. He just said, "Hey, I have that part kicking around here somewhere." And sent it free of charge.
