Just wanted to take a quick second to thank SFRC for their excellent customer service! On a recent purchase, I made an ordering error that would have made my order a couple hundred dollars more expensive. Recognizing that it was my mistake, I would have been ok if they did nothing for me, but thought I would ask anyways. Even in what was probably the busiest week they have had in a long time, they still made time to accommodate me and help fix my issue. Thank you SFRC, clearly, one of the best site sponsors on here!
 
I have ordered from them in the past and can say only nice thing about them. Good service, and good selection. I used to live relatively close to them, now I'm back in my home province Alberta, but regularly check out their website. Too bad I did not visit the store when I lived in Ontario.
 
Have spent over 2 K in last little while with these guys and never disappointed. Good deals, great inventory and always on top of communication and delivery.
 
Just placed an order today. The sales are often. The prices are great. The selection is great. And the staff are awesome! So glad I live close by. Saves me a bundle in shipping but I always see something in store that I end up wanting, then needing, then buying. lol
 
I have to add on to this thread. I have nothing but good things to say about sfrc. I was in Saturday to pick up a new BCG and they had 16 in stock but couldn’t find any of the ones I wanted, but knew they had them. Being in a rush to go to an 80th birthday party I couldn’t really wait around. But one of the guys told me he would set one aside for me to pick up Monday. Checking the website this morning they were all out of stock but thought I better pop over and see if they set one aside. Sure as #### I get there and he points to me and new right off the get go that i was looking for the BCG and they had set it aside and I got the c-71 (sucks) discount too. Awesome store and excellent staff. I wish you guys and gals many, many years in business. They really do customer service right.
 
Another +1. I placed an order using their BILL discount code. I forgot that I wanted a mag they had in stock, so I asked if I could add it to the order. They said the first one had already processed, but I could just place a separate order and add a note to ship it with the first one. Sweet! But then I tried the same discount code, and it didn't work. Turns out they had changed it to C71 and I didn't notice. Marcie applied the correct code to the new order for me (After already dealing with the original mess, and a couple other questions. Lol).

Good people workin' there!
 
Had my first experience ordering from them last week and I must say that they'll get my business again :) Now if only I could get UPS to deliver my package when I'm not at work...
 
Placed an order late yesterday and just now got an email with the business transfer number.

Awesome job SFRC!!!! You now have another loyal customer.
 
I'm happy.

Took 9 days for my transfer to complete and I bought before the madness began with AR sales. Also not my first restricted.

Also my first purchase from SFRC. Hopefully I'll be able to buy from them again in the future.
