I have gone out of my way to buy from Wanstalls.
Of course, it is b/c they have had the products I wanted, but it is also b/c of some basic things: friendliness, attentiveness, politeness (ie/ good attitude).
Seriously, retailers need to understand that this really matters to paying customers. I can't stand walking into a gun store only to have the staff seem, I don't know, almost reluctant to help the customers standing around.

I'm willing to open one but the guys will have to pay me a hell of a lot more to move away from the beautiful coast I have too many friends and family here in the Pacific

Whenever I get the urge to buy something, anything, I go to Wanstalls first, then the others.
