Hey ordered my Two Tone Norinco 1911 on the 4th of april had it in my hands on the 14th.CanadaAmmo is golden in my book they even upgraded my shipping for free.

Now all I got to do is figure where I need to polish it and what I use to get the packing grease off.

I have personally referred many friends and associates to Canada Ammo and all have gotten back to me with nothing but positive things to say.
you can't please everyone...... apparently not even the Trolls :D
 
I bought an M213, took a month to get it. Some would consider this slow and the waiting did drive me nuts. But in retrospect, I think CanAm did an awesome job with these during the christmas rush.

Just received my orders today, waiting for process did took a little longer, but once processed, it went to CFC/CFO within couple of days, then shipped right after the transfer and STATT been approved. Received the goods the day after. (From transfer to receive goods took only 3 days.) Great work Chris, Mark and Mike.

Calls not returned and when I did get through they assured me it was all the cfo that was holding it back. The cfo never even got the transfer and the company still told me it was the cfo. eventually the company calls me and asks me to verify some information on my order so they could start the transfer, whaaa??? after being told all that time the cfo was holding it up they call me to verify somethig so they can start the transfer? the stock answer is that its the cfo holding it up and if they really checked it like I kept asking, politely, everything would have went smooth. It didnt happen so I am not happy with customer service. Is that okay? Someone made a post they were happy and I made one that I wasnt. There is an entire thread about people unhappy with customer service at places they have done business, go there and accuse them all of trolling cus you cant be unhappy with customer service can you? I said in my other post that this wasnt the place to go into details and its not, but you children just begged me. If that company cared about fixing things they would have worked with me on one of the many phone calls and emails that either werent returned or they simply told me it was the cfo.
I did everything I could to make it work and they didnt work with me on it. So I said I wouldnt go back and I wont.

Since when does post count make you a troll? or trader rating? or the date you joined the website? what a particular item you were(found it) looking for? or commenting on what you felt was poor customer service from a company in a thread started by someone claiming they were happy with the same company? It was done and over so I had no reason to speak with the company anymore, the issue was done at that point. Some on here need to grow up. Say what you want, I wont respond to you trolls anymore.

Thats fair everybody is entitled to an opinion but you will find everybody might not agree with that opinion.

I have a hard time believing that Can-Am didn't try and right whatever was wrong. They did for me and I appreciate that.
heres an idea for you, go to the 99dollar pistol page and read pages 102, 103, 104, 105. Then concentrate the personal attacks at those people. I am not lying nor did I make it up. Read those then respond to them on how they are all liars and trolls also. Is it really that impossible for the company to have a customer unhappy with the service? It happens to the best of companies.

First of all, I was not attacking you, merely musing aloud...second, yes it is possible for snafus to happen and third with the preceding point in mind
(which you also pointed out above), try taking a calmer approach and not letting your blood pressure crest.
